Policy Change Volunteering (5 points per hour per person) 25 Had a medical amnesty policy change meeting with multiple students from different orgs that are interested in changing the policy at ASU. It was super productive! Also the Pres met with someone in ASU administration today and they agreed to put up a FAQ page on what could happen when you call for help so making progress!
Build/maintain relationships with other orgs (10 points per org. per six months) 10 Worked with Friends of Recovery, the club that does substance use disorder work on our campus and presented info to each other during this school year. building our coalition!

Speak at an external event 20 (Not sure on the points again) Pres was asked to take an interview from a local non-profit on ending the opioid crisis and drug policy reform. Lobbied decision-making body to establish a Drug Policy Reform or Harm Reduction focused position 10 (Not sure on the points??) I testified in front of the AZ health and human services committee at the capitol to get them to legalize syringe exchange programs. It passed unanimously out of the committee! speaking truth to power!
